How does it work according to the project's official information: According to official information (document Piloto Oficina Local de la Niñez), this platform defines the risk index as: Risk rating based on the presence of risk factors as teenage pregnancy, problematic use of alcohol and / or drugs, delinquency, chronic psychiatric illness, child labor and / or commercial sexual exploitation, mistreatment and / or abuse, dropping out of school.
Possible bias: There have been already critics from civils society and academia:
1. Because data and privacy vulnerability
2. Risks of stigmatization, discrimination and criminalization of vulnerable children

Companies/Private Institutions Involved: The pilot and the related consultancy were developed in partnership between two universities: the Centre for Social Data Analytics (CSDA) at the Auckland University of Technology and the Public Innovation Laboratory (GobLab) at the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.
